After just under 50,000 miles of use in a 2010 5.7 HEMI Dodge Charger, we have visual proof that the DYNO-BLADE is making a significant difference. Not only has the DYNO-BLADE been proven to improve horsepower and torque throughout the power band but we now have compelling evidence it can actually keep an engine cleaner than standard EFI (as shown above).
Reggie Huff, the inventor, recently examined a 5.7 HEMI out of a 2010 Dodge Charger with just under 50,000 miles on a set of GEN I DYNO-BLADES. We then compared it to a later version 5.7 HEMI running the same injectors with the same nozzle for about 35,000 miles. You can see from this comparison that there was carbon buildup which had developed prior to the DYNO-BLADE install. After nearly 50,000 miles the carbon in the intake port is practically gone! Further, you can see that the clear liquid fuel carbon clean line that forms with standard EFI (left picture), is gone! There's no other product that we know of that has this significant effect.
The DYNO-BLADE (Or HFI) greatly increases vaporization of the fuel. When liquid fuel phase changes into a vapor it is like an explosion in every direction which eliminates the clearly defined path that heavy liquid fuel takes when exiting a fuel injector nozzle (left picture). Obviously, vaporized fuel burns more completely and efficiently. Therefore it leaves less carbon residue and blow-by to gum up the intake port and other parts of the engine. It appears that the fuel vapor provided by HFI (i.e. DYNO-BLADES) might also have a post install "cleaning effect?"
You wanted proof? Now you have proof that the DYNO-BLADE is not a gimmick but actually works! The DYNO-BLADE pays for itself in improved gas mileage, power, lower maintenance including oil life and perhaps a longer overall engine life as a byproduct of a cleaner AND cleaner burning engine!

A baseline tests on a sanctioned race track using a 6.1 Charger recorded an improvement to 12.18 sec. The recorded improvement works out to almost a 1.5 car length difference at the end of the track.
Tests on an unmodified 2011 RT Hemi Charger showed a torque below 4000 RPM increase of 3.5-8% and peak horse power increase between 1.5-2% without tuning
