Get Enhanced Gas Mileage and Improved Engine Performance with Dyno-Blades!
Dyno-Blades are a proprietary breakthrough for modern electronic port fuel injection (EFI) systems currently in use on an estimated 1.5 Billion engines. Their function is somewhat counter-intuitive which may explain why the concept has not yet been exploited. Dyno-Blades attach to the nozzle tip end of the modern solenoid activated port fuel injector. The intake port & valve is the conduit system that transports air & fuel into the combustion chamber of a typical internal combustion engine. Dyno-Blades distribute fuel into a Venturi that vaporizes fuel in the center of the intake port directly in front of the intake valve. This process transfers heat very rapidly from the atmospheric charge (air) to the fuel which enhances combustion efficiency. In addition, internal intake port air flow can be easily controlled externally at the touch of a finger. This allows for tuning of the air flow around the intake valve stem & guide boss in whatever direction and/or intensity a given engine setup can benefit from!

Fuel Economy:
The unverified but real world evidence gathered so far indicates that Dyno-Blades are not like many aftermarket performance products that simply swap fuel economy for some peak power and/or torque increase. Driving tests were performed on the 2011 RT HEMI Charger for over 4K miles, where the fuel economy is accurately displayed on the dash. The improved torque was quite noticeable and the fuel economy at 80 mph on I-29 increased by about 1 + MPG instantly, or just under 5%. On my many trips from Brookings, SD to Minneapolis, MN I would track the average fuel economy for the entire trip which averages a lower speed than on I-29. Until I installed the Dyno-Blades the best average MPG I recorded under all typical conditions encountered throughout the year, was 28. This is a very high baseline for a large V-8 powered automobile. After installing the Dyno-Blades I recorded the first 30 + MPG average Minneapolis trip @ 30.5 MPG or about a 9% improvement. I drove the trip in exactly the same way as always and there were no unique conditions that could account for any upward change let alone that amount. These results are based on my own observation at highway speeds only and have not been verified by multiple third parties in the way the performance has. The Dyno-Blade's will improve your fuel economy with clean burning and no loss but rather a gain in power.
