The DYNO-BLADE is a patented ( US PAT # 10,920,726 with more patents on the way), made in USA, "Hybrid Fuel Injection " device which enhances normal fuel injection with better "vaporization techniques" . Vaporized fuel burns faster, with more power and more complete than fuel atomization. The DYNO-BLADE uses Bernoulli's Principle and the Venturi effect to improve fuel vaporization and hence improve overall engine performance. The DYNO-BLADE is an extruded aluminum blade (or wing) which snaps on as an extension of the fuel injector. It fits onto the end of the fuel injector and projects into the intake port. The DYNO-BLADE is shaped in the form of a wing and has a central hole in the blade. The blade enhances the vaporization of the fuel and the dispersion of the fuel in the port. The DYNO-BLADE can be rotated in the port for customized tuning and dispersion of fuel/air mixture to maximize performance.
Improved vaporization occurs when high-velocity air in the intake port flows over the DYNO-BLADE using Bernoulli's principle to create low and high-pressure areas on each side of the DYNO-BLADE (wing). This pressure difference is seen in an airplane wing to create the lift necessary to get a plane off the ground. The DYNO-BLADE uses this same principle to improve fuel vaporization on the low-pressure side of the wing. Additionally, the tapered air tube of the DYNO-BLADE creates a Venturi Effect which improves the vaporization of the fuel as well. The combination of Bernoulli’s Principal and Venturi Effect found in the DYNO-BLADE account for the dramatic and impressive performance and the improved efficiency documented on the Dyno and seen in real-world results in the following engines: the Dodge Hemi, Harley-Davidson V-Twin, GM LS and a few others.
Performance enhancements of DYNO-BLADES include increased horsepower, torque, and fuel economy ("free power"-DYNO-BLADES pay for themselves in fuel savings). Other benefits are improved port cleaning, lower emissions, a more complete combustion, and a longer oil service interval.
More incredibly, low-throttle (25%) performance improvements are 3-4x those seen at wide open throttle (WOT). This means more TORQUE, throttle response and FUN driving around town.
